Code Williams works as a healthcare real estate advisor with KLAS Healthcare Realty.

In addition to real estate, Code comes from an extensive oil and gas background. Working in acquisitions and divestitures along with leasing land for exploration, surface locations and pipeline connections. The oil and gas industry has given Code the experience, of both negotiations and evaluations along with time management.

He is very active in Big Brother Big sisters and mentoring youth in outdoor activities.

Code resides in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife and two children. In his down-time, he enjoys spending time with family, growing relationships with friends, playing golf, hunting and fishing.

Laura Bloomquist is a graduate of Martin Luther College with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She also received her NASM personal training certification and became a nutrition specialist in 2018. In 2019, she competed in an NPC bodybuilding competition and placed top five within three different classes.

With her passion and background on educating and coaching, she helps doctors sell and buy their practices. Education and fitness have allowed Laura to make a difference in many people’s lives, whether children or adults. She is excited to join the KLAS team.

Laura is married to Zach Bloomquist, a 4th and 5th grade teacher. They have a chocolate labradoodle named Mocha and reside in the beautiful state of South Carolina.

Shelly Cole, the S in KLAS, is the proud wife of KLAS Solutions’s CEO, Phil Cole. She joined KLAS in 2022 after many years as an elementary school teacher. Her incredible skills of organization, patience, honesty, communication, love for people and making a difference in their lives makes her a valuable asset to the real estate team.

In her personal life, Shelly enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family. Blessed with three daughters and a son-in-law, Shelly and Phil are excited to soon be welcoming their first grandchild.

Ryan is a business mentor and leadership coach with KLAS Solutions. KLAS provides comprehensive business solutions for private practice dental clinics. Ryan has the privilege of working closely with the other members of the company’s leadership team. Together they set the direction for the company, and he integrates business systems and processes that provide efficiency and structure that promote company growth. Ryan got his start in business as a General Manager of a service company in Southern WI. He worked closely with the company’s leadership team to grow the business through structure and process. He’s empowered by certifications as a business coach, a leadership trainer, and an EOS Worldwide business systems integrator.

Before having a role in business, for two decades Ryan lived his childhood dream of being a private school teacher, an athletic coach, and a school leader. He served schools in Texas and Michigan. Working with students of all ages, he has had rich experiences learning with and from our youth. Engaging students through word pictures and critical questions was his favorite way

to teach. In so many ways, working with young people was very rewarding. Additionally, Ryan had a wider opportunity to serve school systems through training and working with school leaders and teachers in a variety of ways. He was a mentor to new teachers and emerging school leaders as their gifts allowed them to take on greater responsibility. Privileged to be seen as a leader by his colleagues in both the educational and the leadership environment, he successfully served organizations and leaders with vision planning, core value identification, and goal setting.

Ryan brings value by being personally engaged with leaders who want to not only grow their businesses but also their leadership and life skills. He has a passion for working with individuals

who embrace personal accountability, desire a future full of success, but more importantly one filled with significance.

Ryan is married to Nicki, a successful business owner. They have two children, Morgan, a sales associate and trainer in Manhattan, NY and Aidan, a real estate agent in Southern Wisconsin.

Nancy’s extensive experience over the last 40 years in the dental industry include team leader, management, treatment coordinator, recare facilitator, collections expert, marketing coordinator, lecturer, team trainer, analyzing the systems of a practice and as a buyers advocate. She offers workshops for your business team and managers. With a strong focus on an administrative skill set combined with an NCCP Level II coaching certification, she is a valuable resource for her clients.

Coupled with her extensive knowledge and experience, Nancy has written numerous articles, co-authored a book published in 2006 and continues to lecture across North America (USA & Canada) Bahamas and Bermuda. Once you ‘experience’ her presentations, you will understand her passion for dentistry. As a strategic analytical coach, Nancy provides on-site comprehensive practice assessments by methodically uncovering areas of enhancement allowing her clients to maximize their potential in achieving their desired goals.

Nancy brings a spirit of optimism, energy and her enthusiasm for dentistry. Nancy is naturally motivated to be at her very best. This is evident by her drive and commitment to the clients she has the pleasure of working with. Since 1977 she has worked through the ever changing face of dentistry and is confident in her ability to uncover your practice potential. Speaking is her true passion which is evident at her presentations.

Diana brings to KLAS 31 years of experience in the field of dentistry. In those 31 years, she spent over 25 years as a Practice Manager and Trainer. She was a Technology Trainer for Patterson Dental Company, training practices in the Eastern part of the country to master new technologies like EagleSoft, Schick Digital Sensors, Scan-X and Intra Oral Cameras. Diana has also worked as a Practice Administrator, Trainer & Consultant and is excited to share her expertise in team building & leadership, HR Management, development of policies, procedure and protocols, paper-to-chartless transition and her extreme passion for insurance management.

Diana is a National Lifetime Member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) where she earned her Fellowship of American Association of Dental Office Mangers (FAADOM) and is currently working on her Mastership (MAADOM). She is a member of the Charlotte Metro Dental Connection, the Triangle Dental Connection study clubs and Co -Founder & Vice President of the South Carolina Dental Connection Study Club.

Diana lives by her favorite motto, “If you are not learning, you are not living.”

Diana grew up in Odessa, Texas and attended Texas Tech University. She now lives in York, SC with her husband Paul where they raise Angus Cattle and harvest hay. When Diana is not sharing her passion for dentistry, she is spending time with her children & grandchildren, gardening, dabbling in photography or headed to Death Valley to watch her beloved Clemson Tigers play football. Go Tigers!

Daniel comes to KLAS with over 20 years of Dental experience. He spent 13 years with a major national distributor as a top sales performer. Focused on the business of dentistry, he was an active member of the Milwaukee Study Club for 9 years. He took an active role in learning about dentistry from a clinical perspective, collecting hundreds of CE credits from some of the best minds in dentistry. He worked with both large and small dental offices. He understands the challenges DSO models have as well as the normal single doctor dental practice. He has dedicated his career to helping solve those issues.

Daniel spent 5 years as a financial planner for Northwestern Mutual. Daniel focused his time and energy helping the dental community understand what a complete financial plan consists of. He is trained and well educated in financial planning, leadership development, and business building principles. He realized early on that there is no such thing as a “Cookie Cutter Design” to financial planning.

Daniel believes that your personal plan should drive your business plan. He has spent years developing a network of dental specific advisors like CPA’s, attorney’s, financial planners, bankers, etc. He has now teamed up with KLAS Solutions to bring a unique blend of consulting. Daniel will be a great asset to those dentists that want to have a plan for all aspects of their personal and business life. Whether you’re a recent grad, or selling your practice one day, the goal is to help you enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Daniel lives in Southern Wisconsin with his wonderful wife Laurie and 3 kids. Benjamin, Allyson and Micah. He loves fishing, hunting, and all sports of which football is at the top of the list. Go Blue!

Kaitlyn (also known as the "K" in KLAS) is a creative specialist with an eye for photography and graphic design. Her career as a creative initially started in the sports industry working with the Detroit Lions, University of Michigan Football, West Virginia University, Bauer Hockey and many others. In 2020, she left the sports industry and moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is now a sought after branding and wedding photographer traveling all over the United States to create authentic and purposeful imagery.

Aside from running her businesses full-time, she spends time also helping KLAS Solutions with graphic design and photography. She thoroughly enjoys helping her father and all of the incredible doctors that KLAS serves.

Ashley Hernandez has over 20 years of experience as a bookkeeper and staff accountant and has worked with a team of CPAs in a boutique firm for the last eight years, advising and preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses.

Ashley Hernandez is very familiar with accounting procedures and business practices. Her vast professional experience includes Office Administrator and Accounting Department Manager, allowing her to apply her accounting knowledge and experience daily. She continued with her education and became a Certified Public Accountant.

In addition, she deals with complex international tax reporting and financial auditing. The mix of private and public accounting knowledge allows her to consult with clients comprehensively.

Ashley was born in Vermont but moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, at age 10. She received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

In addition to her passion for accounting, Ashley enjoys cooking. After receiving an Associate degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, she worked for numerous catering companies in the Miami area and continues to cook and entertain for fun, which includes tailgating for the Miami Hurricanes.

Not to mention Ashley loves watching college football is a pastime she enjoys with her husband, Jeffrey. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

She is excited to be part of the KLAS team and looks forward to working with doctors and dentists to achieve their financial goals. Ashley is a member of the Florida Institute of Public Accountants.

Aubrey Moore graduated from Northwood University with a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship. While at Northwood, Aubrey gained hands-on experience through an internship with KLAS Solutions, focusing on social media, marketing, and branding. After graduating in May 2024, Aubrey transitioned into a full-time role in Business Administration. With a passion for business, stepping into the operational aspects of the company came naturally.

Aubrey currently lives in Wisconsin with her husband Reagan Moore, and dog, Cabby. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, traveling, and spending time with friends.

Connie Simmons, MA, BSDH, RDH is an empowering and motivating coach who has been a clinical dental hygienist for 36 years and is dedicated to improving patients' health. Connie sparked her love for dentistry while working for a dental insurance company after graduating high school and then during dental hygiene school.

Connie achieved her bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University and then later continued at Wichita State University earning her Master of Arts in Aging Studies with specialized certification in Public Health. Although clinical hygiene has always been a part of the equation, Connie has held other professional positions including a published writer, speaker, educator, clinical trainer, and preventive sales consultant. Her coaching now combines all of her previous experience to provide evidence-based fundamentals to dental offices assisting with elevated standards of care resulting in healthier patients and empowered teams. Connie’s passion and enthusiasm for dental hygiene and oral systemic health is contagious and obvious to everyone fortunate enough to experience it.

Connie’s areas of expertise include the implementation of prevention-based protocols, implementing periodontal protocols, appointment scheduling to include assisted hygiene models, specialized care for the aged and special-need populations, and the navigation of dental insurance procedural coding. As an industry key opinion leader, an Advisory Board member and a regular contributor to RDH magazine, Connie continues to encourage and support her colleagues with the practical and up-to-date knowledge to help them achieve continued career satisfaction while providing quality, high-level care.

Rachel MacKillop brings 20 years of hands-on experience in dental practice operations, having served in leadership roles across a variety of general and specialty dental offices. Her comprehensive background includes overseeing front office administration, streamlining patient flow systems, managing insurance and collections, and guiding practices through periods of operational transition and growth. Rachel’s direct experience working alongside dentists and their teams provides her with a practical, real-world perspective that is foundational to her work today as an Analytic Coach.

At KLAS Solutions, Rachel leverages this deep operational insight to help practices identify areas of opportunity through strategic data analysis and coaching. She works closely with clients to improve production, collections, and team communication by aligning metrics with performance goals. Her passion lies in transforming disorganized systems into efficient, patient-focused workflows while empowering dental teams to take ownership of their practice success. Rachel’s approach combines data-driven solutions with a strong emphasis on team dynamics and accountability.

Rachel is known for her calm, thoughtful demeanor and her ability to break down complex challenges into manageable action steps. Whether conducting a full practice assessment or facilitating one-on-one coaching, she brings a balance of empathy, expertise, and motivation to every engagement. Her goal is to help each client reach their full potential—both operationally and financially—by creating systems that are sustainable, measurable, and tailored to the unique culture of each practice she serves.

Amber has an Associate Degree from Davenport University in Health Information and Medical Billing and Coding. She started her career in dental as a Dental Assistant, transitioning to Front Desk, Financial Coordinator and then to Office Manager. She has 20 + years of experience in Medical Billing and Coding. As a Business Coach with KLAS Amber is eager to coach your medical/dental practice to become efficient and financially successful.

Amber and her husband, Scott live in West Michigan. They enjoy being active together and spending time in SW Florida. Between them, they share 3 adult children with their first grand baby coming soon!

Zach graduated from Martin Luther College with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education in 2021 and a master’s degree in Leadership in 2024. Before joining KLAS Solutions, he held leadership and administrative roles in school settings, where he also managed digital marketing for those institutions.

Zach moved into his marketing role at KLAS in July 2026. Since then, he has helped build momentum for the KLAS Solutions brand through content, social media, and strategic planning, and he continues to develop plans to take the company’s marketing further. He also produces content for the Dental Business Podcast and supports KLAS’s business development efforts across the nation.

Zach lives in Greenville, South Carolina, with his wife, Laura, and their two kids, Brooks and Everly. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, exploring the area with friends, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.

Mark Priess is a cybersecurity and information technology leader with 25+ years of experience aligning technology, security, and business strategy. His background spans global security leadership, cybersecurity architecture, incident response, privacy, compliance, and business continuity.

Mark has served as Director of Cyber Security since 2016. Previously, he held leadership positions at Isola Group, including Director of Global IT Security and Global Security Manager, overseeing global security initiatives and Americas IT teams.

Today, Mark brings a growing passion for helping dental and healthcare practice owners achieve their business goals through the latest AI technology, creative problem-solving, and transparent collaboration. He combines technical expertise with out-of-the-box thinking to identify practical ways to simplify operations, improve efficiency, and support sustainable growth. His approach emphasizes clear communication, honest recommendations, and helping owners understand how technology can serve their practice.

A hands-on leader and committed mentor, Mark believes in equipping people with the knowledge and tools to succeed. He holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University, where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and his professional credentials include CISSP and Microsoft MCSE.
