We'll walk you through the building inspection and the necessary surveys and will work with you and your lender to ensure your financing is in order before your closing day. Step 3 - Listing and Marketing: We will list your property on CoStar, the #1 commercial real estate MLS worldwide, along with the KLAS Solutions website and our social media platforms. We will also actively share your property with our extensive network of buyers and investors.

Step 4 - Review Offers: Once the offers start coming in, we'll evaluate them carefully, recommend the one that best suits your needs, and negotiate the terms of the sale on your behalf.

Step 5 - Accepted Offer: Once we secure the best offer with the best terms, you'll sign the Letter of Intent or purchase agreement, and we will start the due diligence process.

Step 6 - Order Title Commitment: We'll order the Title Commitment and share it with you and the buyer. We'll walk you through the entire process and ensure you have everything the Title Company needs in order.

Step 7 - Sign and Close: At closing, your money will be transferred to your account through a bank wire transfer. Congratulations! At this point, your sale is complete.
