Andy is an advocate for Independent Dentistry and specializes in consultative relationships specifically in the areas of start-up planning, site selection, lease negotiation and expansion/relocation. He also has extensive experience in the dental equipment & supply industry currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for Nashville Dental, Inc. and having held positions with Patterson Dental as the General Manager for the Nashville TN Branch, Tulsa Dental (Dentsply Sirona’s Endodontics division). This has provided him the experience of managing over $200 million in sales and assets as well as overseeing more than 150 dental projects during his professional dental industry career.
During this time he has built an extensive national network of dental experts that include CPAs, Attorneys, medical/dental billing services, marketing companies and many more to support operational excellence for private practice dentists.
Andy and Tabatha, his beautiful wife of over 20 years, live in Mount Juliet, TN. Together they have three children; Ashby (she is a junior at TN Tech studying Agriculture Business), Cole and Drew (both boys are in High School and play tons of baseball)
After graduating from the University of Wi sconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, and marketing, Darrell began his career with the commercial real estate division at First National Bank of Chicago.
He then worked for a global brokerage firm before joining KLAS Solutions in 2021. He has experience managing local as well as national level transactions.

Jeffrey Hernandez, was born in Long Island, New York. At the young age of 9 months, his family moved to West Palm Beach, Florida where he has lived ever since. Jeffrey always tells people he loves exploring new places and visiting family around the states, but truly there is no place like home in Florida. Jeffrey Hernandez started his career as a sales associate for Southern Wine & Spirits. He quickly learned the industry and worked very hard as he was the recipient of many awards, trips, and bonuses. Which included highest sales for a particular wine or highest sales in an overall month and number one sales for a particular year. One of the many accomplishments included continued education in wine and spirits, Jeffrey was able to achieve Sommelier. He has been to California, on numerous incentive trips for his accomplishments and even won a trip to New Zealand. He was promoted and responsible for a larger territory and established great working relationships with purchasers and managers. Southern also grew and acquired new brands and is now the Largest Spirits and Wine Distribution company, Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. He then transitioned to independently owned wine and spirit stores as a Business Development Manager where he managed a team and was still able to maintain individual relationships with business owners. A position which he also excelled and exceed sales goals.
For the past 3 years Jeffrey has become a Realtor and has had the pleasure of helping South Floridians and transplants find homes. From Miami all the way north to Vero, Jeffrey has helped placed families into their new homes. Having been raised in south Florida, Jeffrey sees that the continued growth of new businesses and people moving to Florida daily, is a perfect opportunity for KLAS to grow alongside the market and with his extensive knowledge of South Florida areas will be an asset for KLAS.
Jeffrey and his high school sweetheart, Ashley, were able to sneak in their wedding in February of 2020, just before the world shut down. During that time, they worked together on some projects as she is a CPA and was able to impart some financial principles and give him a better understanding of requirements needed when submitting documents to underwriting. Jeffrey on his off time, still chases his love of sports and enjoys playing recreational sports like softball and basketball, one of his true passion is his university of Miami Hurricanes. An avid supporter of all things in professional Miami sports!

He is very familiar with SBA lending for healthcare and business professionals.
Roger has trained over 100 commercial agents and managed 54 agents across the country. He carries employing level licenses in 13 states: Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Nebraska, New Mexico, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. He’s had over 28 years of professional sales experience and has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small start-ups. He takes pride in working diligently for his clients and helping them achieve their goals.
